Hi, I'm Christy Nichol

I Created "Bend and Flex with Ease" to help YOU finally get rid of that persistent pain.

With a B.Sc in Athletic Therapy and over 20 years of experience teaching people how to get out of pain, I know movement inside and out and it's my mission to get you back to living a pain free active lifestyle even when you're ready to throw in the towel because you’ve already tried “everything”.

But you know what?

Like ALL of us, I've had some moments when I haven't taken care of my body and well, guess what, the pain was in the pudding. I even started to have that depressing thought..."Am I just getting old?"I get it, it's easy to let yourself believe that pain is NORMAL and it's just the way it is. 

The sad thing is...it's NOT NORMAL and YOU CAN do something about it.   
 
Once I made some simple tweaks and started focusing on moving well, I went from feeling old and broken to supple and youthful. These days I'm moving better than ever before, EVEN BETTER than when I was a competitive gymnast, WITHOUT all of the pain.

Before the Bend and Flex Program, I had chronic low back pain every time I went biking and just felt out of balance…
